Schools and institutions accepting these Terms on behalf of students confirm that they have the authority to do so and have obtained any necessary parental consents.

EduviateAI provides an AI-powered tutoring and learning platform designed for students, adult learners, teachers, educators, and educational institutions. Our Services may include:
- Personalised AI-driven tutoring sessions and learning pathways
- Progress tracking and performance analytics
- Interactive exercises, assessments, and educational content
- Teacher and educator tools for classroom management and student monitoring
- Institutional dashboards and reporting tools
- Communication features between educators and learners
3. Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Types
EduviateAI offers accounts for individual students, adult learners, teachers and educators, and schools and institutions. The features available to you depend on your account type.
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at enquries@eduviateai.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
3.3 Minor Users
Users under the age of 18 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent, or their account must be created and managed through a school or institution that has agreed to these Terms on their behalf. We comply with applicable laws including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and any other relevant data protection legislation where applicable.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use EduviateAI only for lawful educational purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Services to harass, bully, or harm other users
- Share, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, obscene, harmful, or infringes the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the AI systems or platform technology
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised individuals
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape content from the platform
- Engage in academic dishonesty or misrepresent AI-generated content as solely your own work in breach of your institution's policies
- Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
5. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, trade marks, and materials on EduviateAI, including the AI models, educational content, platform design, and software, are the intellectual property of EduviateAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your personal or institutional educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any EduviateAI content without our prior written consent.
Content you submit to the platform (such as notes, assignments, or responses) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant EduviateAI a limited licence to use it to provide and improve the Services.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data, including that of minor users, is described in our Privacy Policy below. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described therein.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

EduviateAI does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. You should always verify important information from authoritative sources.
8. Fees and Payments
Certain features of EduviateAI may require payment of fees. All fees are described on our website or as agreed in institutional contracts. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to EduviateAI at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EduviateAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to EduviateAI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
